Corporation. From November 1986
to January 1992, he was an officer
of the Newbridge Networks Corporation,
a Canadian telecommunications company,
most recently as Vice President
and General Manager, United States
Region, and President of Newbridge
Networks Inc., Newbridge Networks
Corporation's United States subsidiary.
Mr. Madsen served as a director
of Newbridge Networks Corporation
from September 1987 until June
1998.
Vice
President, Chief Financial Officer
Mark H. Rafferty has
been Vice President, Chief Financial
Officer, and a director of the
Company since July, 2002. From
August 1993 to June 2002 Mr.
Rafferty was Vice President and
Chief Financial Officer of FastComm
Communications Corporation and
a director of FastComm since
March 1998. From August 1992
to August 1993, Mr. Rafferty
was Vice President, Finance at
Newbridge Networks Inc. From
August 1987 through August 1992,
Mr. Rafferty was Controller of
Newbridge Networks Inc.
Vice
President of Engineering
George Glass has
been Vice President – Engineering
of the Company since July 2002. From
December 2000 to June 2002, Mr. Glass
was Vice President – Engineering
for FastComm Communications Corporation.
For the five preceding years, Mr.
Glass was Vice President – Engineering
and Operations Manager of Cronus
Technology, Inc. and its predecessor
company, Anadigicom.
Vice President, Business
Development for the Utilities Industry
Bruce Russell has been Vice President
of Business Development for the Utilities
Industry since 2008. Mr. Russell provides
Encore Networks with strategic planning
and counsel on the emerging trends and
unique network security challenges facing
today’s utilities. Prior to joining Encore,
Mr. Russell held various management positions
within the Tennessee Valley Authority
(TVA) where he implemented strategic
initiatives and managed projects relating
to their power generation facilities.
Mr. Russell has served on the Board of
Directors of the Utility Telecommunications
Council (UTC), is a member of the Association
of Public Safety Communications Officials
(APCO) and supports other Utility trade
associations. |
