Encore Networks and DH Solutions Partner to Expand Reach into the Machine To Machine Market

Chantilly, VA, October 6, 2011 - Encore Networks today announced that it has formed a strategic partnership with leading Machine-to-Machine (M2M) integrator and distributor, Digital Highway Wireless Solutions. DH Solutions will sell, engineer and service Encore's entire BANDIT™ line of rugged routers with emphasis on the C2C™, Encore's low cost, cellular replacement of Plain Old Telephone Services (POTS) copper line based M2M applications.

Available in both commercial and ruggedized, industrial versions, the C2C™ router provides IP interworking capabilities to an analog modem interface in a single box solution. The C2C™ simply connects a users existing analog modem to 2G, 3G or 4G cellular networks. The remote equipment continues to function with no changes to Operations Administration and Maintenance (OA&M) with the added benefits of the cellular network's increased data throughput, reliability, data security utilizing IPsec (AES256, 3DES), and other IP-based services and applications.
