MEDICAL INSURANCE
Full-time employees are eligible for coverage with a PPO (Preferred Provider Option) effective the first day of the month following date of employment.

DENTAL INSURANCE
Full-time employees are eligible for coverage with a PPO (Preferred Provider Option) effective the first day of the month following date of employment.

VACATION
Nine paid holidays per year. Two weeks paid vacation.

SICK LEAVE
Eighty hours of sick leave is granted each Jan. 1 for use in that calendar year for your own illness or for illness within your immediate family.

SHORT AND LONG TERM DISABILITY
Fully paid for by Encore Networks and available to employees working at least 40 hours per week. Insurance covers a percentage of your salary after 14 days of disability. Additional coverage is available through payroll deduction.

LIFE/AD&D INSURANCE
Fully paid for by Encore Networks and guaranteed in the amount of two times your annual salary, to a maximum of $100,000. Fully portable additional coverage for yourself and /or your dependents is available through payroll deduction.
