The successful candidate will assist the
sales team in both pre and post sales
activities, provide day to day sales support
to existing as well as prospective customers
by being the technical knowledge base, and
perform product demonstrations at customer
sites. The individual will work closely with
sales, product management and engineering.
This individual will also have input in defining
product enhancements and evolution/roadmap.
Additional responsibilities include: providing
3rd level technical support and extensive interaction
with customers. The successful candidate must
be willing to travel.
Qualifications:
Minimum
of 5 years of relative work experience as
a Sales Engineer, Technical Sales, Product
Marketing or Technical Marketing Engineer
In-depth
knowledge of WAN, LAN and VoIP technologies
is required
Strong
knowledge of evolving convergence technologies
and broadband access
IP
Networking knowledge at a minimum level of
CCNA is essential
Good
presentation and documenting skills including
technical writing is required
