Market Opportunities By Offering The Flexible
Signaling Interworking Solutions Of Encore’s
SignalPath™ Signaling

VA. April 4, 2005 – Encore
Networks, a developer of innovative signaling
interworking solutions, today announced that
Eastern Independent Telecommunications Inc.,
a North American provider of turnkey communications
solutions, has selected Encore’s SignalPath™ 201
and SignalPath™ 230 signaling gateways
to deliver PRI and next generation VoIP based
solutions to carriers and operators throughout
North America.
With locations in Florida,
Virginia, Kansas, Louisiana and Texas,
EIT provides engineering, turnkey installations
and project management for Digital Central
Office applications and wireless network
integration. EIT will add Encore’s
SignalPath™ 201 and SignalPath™ 230
signaling gateways to their product portfolio
to provide protocol conversion for customer’s
requiring upgrades for the SS7 overlay.
Encore joins other industry leading EIT
partners including Siemens, Valere Power
and TVC /MaxCell.

of the Encore line of Signaling Gateways
to our product portfolio, we now offer
an easily deployed solution to customers,
such as Verizon, Sprint and Valor who need
to immediately bridge packet switching
CPE with existing legacy infrastructures,” stated

filling in the signaling conversion gaps
associated with some legacy switching systems,
our customers can now connect to more modern
IP based PBX’s and Key Systems.”
Encore Networks SignalPath™ signaling gateway product
line provides the most comprehensive and versatile solutions
in the industry. SignalPath™ products support a large
set of multi-national signaling protocols as well as custom
variants for over 80 countries. Designed to support anywhere
from 2 T1’s up to 56 T1’s per chassis, the SignalPath™ products
are deployed in many applications that require migration
from circuit to VoIP networks. Other applications include
national, cross-border, and international PSTN connectivity,
E911 access for VoIP networks and long distance toll by-pass
for international networks.
