Dulles, VA. October 22, 2003 – Encore Networks, Inc. today announced the opening of its Southeast Regional Sales office and the appointment of Todd Ishee as Director of Sales for that region. Mr. Ishee's appointment is a significant addition to Encore's sales team as Encore works to capitalize on the growing acceptance of the Virtual Private Network (VPN) market and the recent success of Encore's VPN router, the BANDIT™.

Todd, who will run the Southeast Regional headquarters in Alabama, has extensive sales experience in the nine State region that coincides with the area covered by Bell South. Serving in a variety of positions with networking company, Adtran, and most recently with Verilink as Regional Sales Manager, Todd was responsible for all Southeast regional sales and was a top revenue producer. Todd will focus on developing partnerships for Encore, working with Carriers, VARs, Systems Integrators, and Enterprise accounts concentrating on VPN network security and Voice Over Internet Protocol (VOIP) applications.
