Encore Networks Announces Partnership with Axis Communications

Encore Networks News Release, Press Release

Joins the Axis Technology Partner Program Expanding Addressable Market with Integrated Solutions for Video Surveillance

Chantilly, VA – June 20, 2018
Encore Networks today announced that it has teamed with the global leader in network video, Axis Communications through the Axis Technology Partner Program. This program combines the industry’s largest network of resellers, hardware and software manufacturers, system designers and more to deliver complete business solutions and best-of-class video technology for any customer security needs.

Initially, Encore’s EN-2000™ industrially hardened 4G/LTE wireless router with Wi-Fi will be used inside the T98 family of security camera cabinets. This allows for deployable high-end surveillance solutions in remote locations either as a portable temporary solution or installed permanently no matter how harsh the environmental conditions. Applications include construction sites for security purposes or to share construction progress among multiple locations. Other applications are road projects where authorities need a live view for traffic management, the monitoring of large events or video security monitoring of unattended sites like utility sub-stations.

“When you partner with Axis, you’re connected to a global organization with a strong reputation for innovation and excellence and many years of unwavering commitment to the partnership philosophy,” stated David Gilley, Assistant Vice President of Business Development and Strategy for Encore Networks. “By participating in the Axis Technology Partner Program, Encore Networks can deliver secure, IP and cellular video solutions.”

The rugged EN-2000™ industrial broadband wireless router is certified by major carriers and leverages the advantages of high speed 4G LTE networks to drive applications at significantly lower costs to the end user. Enterprise customers can use 4G LTE as a primary or back-up connection, eliminating the high costs of traditional wired networks and associated challenges including install times and outages. The EN-2000™, like all EN™ routers, can be managed through the cloud using Encore’s Enterprise Management System, enCloud™.

“We are pleased to add Encore Networks to our growing number of Companies involved in our Technology Partner Program,” said Vince Ricco, Business Development Manager, Technology Partner Program, Axis Communications, Inc. “Through joint technology innovation we create new market possibilities for integrating video surveillance and physical security solutions into end customer networks, seamlessly and securely.”
